President

Randall Ingram joined Freeman and Morgan directly out of school, and he brings more than 30 years of experience to his projects. He is passionate about design and being highly curious, gets immersed in the details of how things are built. He spent some years away from the Firm as an owner’s rep, managing the design and construction of capital projects across the mid-Atlantic and he was also Senior Architect for a local Design-Build firm. He brings a variety of experience to each project and values client and contractor relationships. He is active in all areas of project development and believes in a collaborative approach in seeking creative solutions to each design problem. In June of 2024, he became President and provides leadership to the Firm.

Randall received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and has been a registered architect since 2000.

Matthew R.Williams, AIA

Principal and CEO

Serving as the firm’s Principal and CEO, Mr. Williams oversees the daily operation of the Firm. He remains committed to the idea that every great space begins with a simple conversation. He places importance on up front communication and values team collaboration. Matthew has a wide range of expertise both in new construction and renovation projects, covering many different industries. He specializes in commercial building design and detailing, engineering coordination, construction administration and project specifications. Mr. Williams works closely with both clients and consulting engineers from project conception through construction completion, providing a comprehensive approach to building design that enables him to find creative, high value, solutions.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, he is a registered architect in the Commonwealth of Virginia and much of the Southeastern United States, a member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
